Spanish Wells Community Association has partnered with DwellingLive by Frontsteps to help manage gate access for all residents, their guests and vendors. To access the DwellingLive platform, you’ll need a DwellingLive User ID and password before clicking the Access Now button below.
If you do not already have login credentials, please stop by the office, located on the lower level of the Clubhouse just past the Pro-shop, next to the Card Rooms, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Gate Access
Spanish Wells Community Association can be accessed via three different gates. All residents' guests and vendors must be registered in DwellingLive.
All drivers must have a valid driver's license to enter the community.
The Main Gate
The Main Gate is located at 28001 Spanish Wells Blvd right off Bonita Beach Blvd. It is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Marbella Gate
The Marbella Gate is located at 9350 Caballero Way, about a half mile east of the Main gate, on Bonita Beach Road. Residents with a vehicle barcode should use the resident gate and guests with a QR code or paper pass should use the scanner located at the guest gate. The gate is not staffed. Use the Main Gate if necessary.
The Cordova Gate
The Cordova Gate is located at 9950 Via Palacio Avenue, on Old Hwy 41 about a mile south off Bonita Beach Road. It is staffed from 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM, 7 days a week.
