About Spanish Wells Community Association

Spanish Wells Community Association combines a rich history with a vibrant, modern lifestyle. As one of the original gated communities in Southwest Florida, it was established to maintain beautiful common areas—including ponds, lakes, and drainage systems—while promoting safety and preserving the community’s overall character.

Today, Spanish Wells offers a diverse living experience with a private country club, single-family homes, condominiums, and villas, all connected by shared standards and a strong sense of community. The Association is professionally managed by Castle Group, while the golf club is operated by Troon, both highly regarded leaders in their fields. With the exciting refresh of the North Course underway, the community continues to invest in its future.

Since its beginnings in the 1980s and the addition of the Country Club in 1998, Spanish Wells has grown into a well-established community of twenty sub-associations. What truly makes it special, however, is its engaged and welcoming residents, who bring energy, pride, and a true sense of belonging to the neighborhood.
